Working together

What is happening here, and what could become possible?

Relationship Systems Coaching looks beyond individual behaviour to the patterns of trust, communication, belonging, expectation and connection that shape how people live and work together.

Individuals

For individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply, recognise the relationship patterns shaping their lives, and create healthier ways of relating. This can be helpful during times of transition, conflict, disconnection or personal growth.

Through Relationship Systems Coaching, we explore the patterns, beliefs and dynamics influencing your relationships. The work helps you gain clarity, discover new possibilities and make intentional changes that can bring greater connection, confidence and freedom.

Couples

For couples who want to strengthen their relationship, work through recurring patterns of tension or disconnection, or deepen their understanding of one another. It is also valuable for couples who are navigating a transition and want to build a stronger foundation for the future.

Rather than focusing only on the presenting problem, we explore the patterns between you, what happens in the space between two people. Together, we uncover what is shaping the relationship and create new ways of communicating, connecting and responding to one another.

Families

For families who want to improve connection, understand recurring family patterns, navigate change or strengthen the way they relate across generations. It can be particularly valuable when family members feel stuck in cycles of misunderstanding, conflict or disconnection.

We look at the family as a relationship system, exploring the patterns and dynamics that influence how family members connect and respond to one another. The aim is not to find someone to blame, but to create greater understanding, healthier interaction and new possibilities for the family as a whole.

Teams and leaders

For leaders and teams who recognise that relationships shape performance, culture and possibility. This work is suited to teams navigating change, conflict, growth, leadership transitions or a desire to work together with greater trust and effectiveness.

We explore the relational patterns within the team or organisation, how people communicate, respond to tension, make decisions and create the culture around them. Through facilitated sessions, workshops or a series of engagements, the team can develop greater awareness, alignment, trust and capacity to work together.

  • Tailored workshops or a series of engagements
  • Half-day or full-day sessions

I generally recommend a minimum of five sessions. For teams, I recommend a series of sessions where deeper relational change is wanted.

How the work runs

When these patterns become visible, people can begin to see themselves, one another and the system differently.

The first conversation is a 60-minute session designed to create context and understand what is bringing you to the work. You bring the topic or question you would like to explore, and together we begin to understand what is happening, what may be shaping it, and what you would like to be different.

This first conversation also gives us an opportunity to discover whether Relationship Systems Coaching is the right fit for you and what kind of support may be most helpful.

After the first conversation, we agree together on how to continue. I generally recommend a minimum of five sessions, as meaningful relational change often unfolds over time as patterns become visible and new possibilities are explored.

The work is tailored to each person, couple, family, team or leader. Some people may continue beyond the initial five sessions, while others may complete the work when they feel they have reached the outcome they were seeking.

Sessions are 60 minutes and can be held online or in person. Working online makes the work accessible across different countries and time zones. I currently work with clients across Africa and Europe, as well as selected time zones in the United States and Canada.
